@Mark – That is a constant challenge! I understand that completely! It took me a really long time to sort that one out. My other one that I am trying to learn is “Everything is OK RIGHT NOW” instead of worrying about the future or being dissatisfied with what ‘might happen’. Thanks for your comment!

your tip #2 “Focus on What is In Front of You RIGHT NOW” is my biggest challenge. it’s as if my default setting has me always looking forward asking “what’s next?” in doing so i know i miss out on much of the NOW. something i’m working on…
